Review Update

I have been using the TOM shop for about 6 months now. Their products are genuine, packaging is excellent (shipping may be a bit pricy from Japan but it arrives quick), and I love their selection. Havent had a single issue with their service and Ive bought a lot of items.

For the app I believe they improved to where it doesnt lag as bad behind the desktop site as it used to.
