I love it!! Perfect for an otaku!

Very easy to use, they always have open deals and giveaways! I love shopping from TOM so much. Their point system is also very useful! As for the app itself, I hardly have any problems using it. The design is simple enough to understand and work.

I love this store, theyre the best new source for Japanese pop culture goods, and everything is authentic, no bootlegs :) The app is great--updated whenever there has been a bug so far, user-friendly, fast, and ordering is easy. Like the desktop site, you can add items to your wishlist, and ask to be notified of an Out of Stock item being restocked. The features I would like is a button to email people your wishlist, and an option to review products you have purchased from their item pages.

I have yet to purchase an item but there is a great variety to choose from containing all of my favorite animes

I havent bought anything yet, but with a large variety of items with a lot being from my favorite animes. Plus there are a lot of chances for you to get tom points so as to save some cash on your purchases and the best part is I dont have to worry about bootleg figures here!

Great app! Never fails, has never crashed on me and Ive ordered a lot of merch from TOM. They give you extra stuff like clear file, poster and sticker. TOM points plus promotions can equal out to huge discounts. If a new figure just came out for pre order and they dont have it you can ask for it and they usually get a few in stock within a few weeks.

I love it!! The fashion, the accessories, the knick-knacks, all of it!!!
